Your account, your child's volunteer records
You confirm that you are 18 or older and the child's parent or legal guardian. You own and operate this account using your own name, email, and password. You personally enter the volunteer records and make all choices about uploads and location. You will not give the child the password or allow the child to sign in or operate this account.
Children under 13 may not create an account or use the app independently. If your child needs independent access, contact us before sharing access. A parent account is not permission for independent child use.
This arrangement applies to Free and Premium plans. A purchase does not replace your agreement. The app currently provides one journal per account, not separate child profiles. Use an optional nickname in an entry if needed, and avoid unnecessary identifying details.
You authorize us to store and process the information you choose to enter to provide the private journal, hour totals, app badges, and plan features. Photos, signatures, and location are optional. Use them only where appropriate and with permission. You can edit or delete entries, request an account deletion, or contact us to review or remove information.
We record your name, the date, and this agreement version when you accept. Read the Privacy Notice, Children's Privacy Notice, and Terms of Use for data handling and account rights.
